Cancellations, refunds & what's included
What is included in each membership plan?+
Essential is free forever and includes limited AI concierge access, browsing all services, the family calendar and standard bookings. Premium adds unlimited AI, priority bookings, family accounts for up to 6 people, live human support and emergency assistance. Annual includes everything in Premium plus two complimentary deep-cleanings, exclusive provider access and white-glove onboarding. Business plans add company dashboards, team management, monthly reports and dedicated support.
Are service costs included in the membership price?+
No. Membership covers app access, AI features, support and booking perks. Every service is booked separately and providers set their own hourly rates. You always see a full quote — including subtotal, LUXA's 20% platform commission and the provider's 80% earnings — before you confirm.
Can I cancel or switch my plan at any time?+
Yes. Individual plans can be cancelled or switched from your account settings at any time. Monthly Premium cancels at the end of the current billing period. Annual memberships cancel at the end of the yearly term. Business plans can be upgraded or downgraded with 30 days' notice.
How do refunds work?+
Membership refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you cancel within 7 days of your first Premium or Annual charge and have not used paid benefits, you may request a full refund via assistant@luxa.live. Service refunds for completed bookings are not available, but disputed bookings are reviewed by our concierge team with a full activity timeline.
How are business plans billed?+
Business plans are billed per company, not per employee. You can add unlimited team members under Silver, Gold and Enterprise. Bronze includes up to 20 bookings per month. Monthly invoices are payable by EFT in ZAR; card autopay is coming soon.
What happens if my business payment fails?+
Your plan enters a grace period so bookings are not interrupted immediately. Our team will reach out to resolve the invoice. New bookings pause only if the invoice remains unresolved past the grace period.
