This page is maintained by the LUXA team to explain how we handle your personal data. LUXA is a concierge marketplace connecting customers with verified service providers.
Account details (name, email, phone), booking details, GPS location when you request nearby services, device information, and payment metadata processed by our payment partners.
To operate the marketplace, verify providers, complete bookings, send transactional notifications, prevent fraud, and improve the service.
We share only what's necessary to complete a booking (e.g. your first name and pickup location with an assigned provider). We never sell your data.
You may request account deletion by writing to support@luxa.live or via our support team. We retain records required by law (e.g. financial records) for the required period.
All communications are TLS-encrypted. Passwords are hashed. Payment credentials never touch our servers.
