By downloading or using LUXA you agree to these terms. LUXA connects customers with independent service providers; providers are not employees of LUXA.
You must be 18+ to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and all activity on your account.
Prices are shown before you confirm a booking. Deposits (where applicable) are held until service completion. Refunds and cancellations follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Providers must complete verification (phone, ID, and where required background checks) and act professionally. LUXA may suspend providers who breach these terms.
No fraudulent bookings, harassment, illegal services, or reverse engineering of the app.
LUXA is provided "as is" without warranties. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
